Promotion Offer

This offer (the “Offer”) entitles Customers who receive our promotional offer, or their friend/co-worker, to redeem a Promotional Code against the purchase of up to 2 qualifying products in a single transaction, at the qualifying store.

Offer Limitations

The Promotional Code will expire:
1. When it has been redeemed against the purchase of up to two qualifying products in a single successful checkout transaction at www.pfuemea.com.
2. Or at 23:59 on 1st December 2025, whichever is reached first.

Qualifying Store

The Promotional Code is valid for use at www.pfuemea.com only. It is not valid for use at any other retailer, reseller or ecommerce site.

How to redeem the Promotional Code

To successfully redeem the Promotional Code, you or your friend/co-worker must:
1. Meet the qualification criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Visit www.pfuemea.com and add a qualifying ScanSnap product to the shopping cart, to be shipped within the European Union/European Economic Area/United Kingdom.
3. Enter the supplied Promotional Code and complete the transaction before:
  - The Promotional Code has been redeemed in a successful transaction.
  - And before 23:59 on 1st December 2025.

Exclusions

This promotional offer is not available or applicable to:
1. Customers located in countries other than Qualifying Countries.
2. Purchase of products other than Qualifying ScanSnap products.
3. Purchase of qualifying ScanSnap products at any other retailer or reseller other than www.pfuemea.com.
4. Employees of PFU, Ricoh or their immediate family members, PFU Partners, their respective agents, distribution partners, resellers, retailers, etailers, participating stockists or anyone professionally connected with the Offer (or members of their family or household).

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other pfuemea.com promotional code.

PFU retains the right to invalidate the promotional codes and withdraw the offer at any time, if it reasonably believes it is being used by individuals or organisations, expressly excluded in clause 6a.–6d., or for any other matter deemed not to be in the spirit of the offer.

Limitation of Liability

PFU is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or internet service failures or damage of any kind that either prevents or otherwise obstructs a Customer or Friend from redeeming a code or otherwise participating in this Offer.

PFU may declare this offer void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The decisions of PFU in respect of any and all aspects of this Offer will be final and binding.

PFU shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations.

PFU reserves the right to cancel or amend this Offer or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage.

Other Legal

PFU reserves the right to monitor website usage to prevent misuse of the Offer.

This Offer and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts in relation to all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer and these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and have been translated into other languages. The English language version of these Terms and Conditions (and any notice or other document relating to these Terms and Conditions shall prevail where there is any conflict or inconsistency).

Your data will be protected both physically and electronically in accordance with The General Data Protection Regulation and only retained for as long as necessary.
