Due to current Covid-19 disruptions to shipments from Europe to the UK, it is possible there may be some delays to deliveries.

How does Brexit affect my order?
Since the Brexit transition period ended on 31st December 2020, the UK is no longer part of the European Union Customs Union (EUCU). The products available for purchase from PFUEMEA.com are stored in the EU and therefore will cross the new UK-EU Customers Border in order to reach you, this may result in changes to the duties you pay on your order and how you pay them. Orders above £135 are subject to VAT and import/customs duties payable on delivery. The courier delivering your order will contact you with further details prior to delivery.

Courier partners have been empowered by the UK Government to collect taxes for imports from the EU and will be in contact to collect payment. Deliveries will not be completed until payment is made.

Additional customs charges may also apply depending on the type of goods purchased and country of origin.

Why are prices shown excluding VAT?
As the UK is no longer part of the EU VAT regime since the Brexit transition period ended on 31st December 2020, VAT on orders above £135 in value is no longer charged at point of sale, as this will apply to the majority of our products, we no longer show VAT on our prices.

VAT is instead paid to the courier your order is shipped with. Courier partners have been empowered by the UK Government to collect taxes for imports from the EU and will be in contact to collect payment. Deliveries will not be completed until payment is made. We are unable to make VAT payments for you as they are required to be paid by the ‘Importer of Record’, which means individuals or businesses registered in the United Kingdom.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you within 1 working day after your product has been shipped.

What is your refund policy?
To request a refund please contact our Customer Service team. Customers have up to 30 days from receiving their order to return unopened items. Refunds will be processed when the returned goods are received back to our return address and can only be refunded via the same payment method used to place the original order.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team, unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders that have already begun processing for delivery.

Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is free for orders over £100. Delivery times are given during checkout. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, this confirmation will contain your tracking number so you can track where your order is and what the estimated delivery date is. Standard shipping is performed by DPD courier services. Express shipping, if available, is performed by UPS courier services. Shipping times are stated in working days.

Returns Policy
